Born and raised in North Carolina, Adam comes to CAP from the world of branding, operations, and streamlined production. His main job is working and building relationships with General Managers at the portfolio companies to help them work through issues. He helps facilitate opportunities for growth in their respective industries and overcome hurdles that may be slowing them down. As such, he can be found working with a portfolio company building online stores in Texas one week, helping to grow a company in North Carolina the next week, then off to Virginia for another project. His specialties include project management, customer relationships, sales, and keeping the workplace smiling!


Before joining CAP he was in the apparel industry for more than 19 years where he worked in his family’s Screen Printing and Embroidery company. While there he worked his way from production to the role of finance manager where he was responsible for P&L and cash flow.


Outside of work, he loves to spend time with his wife and two kids. He is oftentimes at the soccer field with his wife watching their kids compete. When not “on the field” he loves to go to the movies and have fun with friends. Every day he works to provide new opportunities for both his family and the people he works with to change their lives for the better.
