SARAH VERLINGER
DIRECTOR OF HR
Sarah is focused on being a vital strategic HR partner at CAP. She is a hard working team
player who is passionate about helping people and extremely organized. Her primary job functions include recruiting and hiring for all portfolio companies. She will focus on finding the right people and helping them develop and succeed within their organization. Specialities include recruiting, hiring, process development, benefits administration, culture creation and employee engagement and support.
Sarah began her career at Nationwide Insurance working in various roles such as administration, sales and underwriting over the course of eight years. She worked at Triangle Home Services for three years as the Human Resources Manager focused on recruiting, hiring and culture development.
Sarah is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in Math Education and has a Masters of Business from the University of Phoenix. She also has her Professionals of Human Resources (PHR) and Society of Human Resources Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications.
Sarah is a native of Raleigh, NC. She enjoys traveling with her husband, Nicholas, spending time with family and friends and playing with her three dogs: Bailey, Bella and Emma.
