From Rhinoceros Success: The Secret to Charging Full Speed Toward Every Opportunity | By Scott Alexander
The book that continues to circulate around our office is “Rhinoceros Success.” It is a fun depiction of a mindset our team likes to emulate. The advice from the book is to“Charge with rhinoceroses, fly with eagles, run with cheetahs, and eat with lions. Don’t hang around with cows or sheep. They will pull you down” (pg. 21). Everything that we engage with has a tremendous impact on how we think and feel. The book gives a specific concentration on goals, discipline, and self-care. It is up to us to make the choice to charge ahead every day, and that is exactly what we intend to do.
A 30 lb. statue of Shujaa makes an appearance around our office every now and again startling office visitors, surprising employees, and serving as a great reminder of what we are about.
