TARA SMITH

Tara Smith is a transactional specialist that will focus on AR/AP tasks for CAP. She prides herself in organization and client relations. Specialties include account reconciliation, working within the bank, and maintenance of daily cash posting.

 

Before CAP Tara worked for Theodore Alexander, one of the top high-quality furniture producers in the US and internationally where she touched AR, inventory, outlet sales, and general accounting tasks. Before TA Tara graduated from Greensboro College with a BA in Business Administration and Economics with a Minor in History. She was lucky enough to play on the women's golf team and got to tee it up all along the east coast.

 

Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, playing golf, writing, reading, and listening to music of all genres. She enjoys working with the youth at her church in High Point and highlights that faith and family are the two most important things in her life. She is looking forward to settling in at CAP and is excited about meeting her new co-workers and the personal expansion that this position will bring with new industries, tasks and skills.
