TOSHIA RATCLIFFE
SVP OPERATIONS
Since CAP’s founding, Toshia has been involved in leading buy-side investments. As Senior Vice President of Operations, Toshia manages key processes in the areas of finance and accounting, payroll and benefits, compliance, legal, and driving deals from source to close. She leverages her vast array of expertise in HR, accounting, AP, AR, budgeting, business plans, cash management, customer relations, ERP, financial statements, analysis, forecasting, IT, inventory management, mentoring, office management, and more.
Growing up in an entrepreneurial mindset household, she paved the way into her career from transactional accounting to controller, information systems admin to senior business analyst in the construction and trade service world, as well as 2 years in the financial banking industry. Primarily working with small businesses of 7-100 employees with revenues up to $247 million. She’s been in multiple management positions running back office, as well as project management of small to midsize initiatives.
Toshia received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Montreat College and her MBA from Pfeiffer University with a focus in business management. Toshia is passionate about operations, systems, and developing or improving processes.
Outside of work, Tosh enjoys seeing live music with friends and family, playing disc golf or softball, and giving back to the community she lives in. As a member of the Greensboro Moose Lodge she supports the troop in bringing communities closer together and celebrating life.
